JANESVILLE -- The litigation against state Rep Camille "Bud" George is just an attempt to embarrass the legislator during an election year, the Houtzdale Democrat said Thursday evening.

John R Gallagher, 34 of Houtzdale, brought the assault case against George last year. He accused George of attacking him in an office last summer

A trial is scheduled for Nov. 8 although the case may be settl not at home of court before then.
